Clearing the workbench

Lock onto your target. A new target command lets you lock onto a foe at a glance — firing with no argument now aims at your current target, and Duel and Shadowstep fall back to it too.

Parchment and polish

Parchment pages. Item tooltips and your Journal now show their text on a parchment page instead of the dark ground, easier on the eyes — the window frame and title bar keep their usual dragonhide look.

Cast in a new light

Cast auras. Casting a spell now wreathes you in a glowing aura keyed to its school — incantation ripples with runic glyphs, evocation gathers crackling sparks, conjuration spins a summoning circle beneath your feet, and enchantment shimmers in a spiraling veil.
