2026-09-01Firing on the move no longer slows your fire rate. Instead the shot takes an accuracy penalty that shrinks as your ranged skill grows — gone entirely at skill 25, so a master archer shoots as truly moving as standing — and the old race-based firing slowdown is retired with it.
